Cancellation Policy

  • If the event had to be canceled ahead of departure, due to bad/severe weather or a situation out of the reach of the organizer a full refund will be made if it has been paid ahead.
  • If the activity has been started and by external forces outside of our reach of the organizer the activity cant be carried out, the money will be refunded except 50% of the total price referred for only the transportation.

**Bad/Severe Weather ( refers to any dangerous meteorological phenomena with the potential to cause damage, serious social disruption, or loss of human life) ONLY CALLED OUT by the organizer.


REFUND TERMS

  • In order to cancel an event and get a 100% refund, cancellation must be made if 3 (three) working days before the event. For example, if the event is a Saturday or Sunday, the mail must be sent no later than Tuesday. After this period, no refund of any kind will be made (partial/total), regardless of the cause.

HOW TO CANCEL AN EVENT AND GET A REFUND

You must send an email to [email protected] (3) three days ahead of the activity Por ejemplo, si el evento es un sábado o domingo, el correo debe de ser enviado a más tardar el martes. Después de este plazo no se hará ningún tipo de devolución de ningún tipo (ni parcial/total) SIN IMPORTAR LA CAUSA. EL correo debe tener la siguiente informacion:

A) Name of the person who paid.
B) Name of the Event.
C) Date of the Event.
D) Total amount charged to your card.
E) Date the payment was made
F) Last 4 digits of the card you used to pay.


RECEIVING THE REFUND

Our payment platform submits refunds to our customer’s bank immediately, but depending on the bank processing time, it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up on your customer’s bank account.


MINIMUM OF ASSISTANTS

The minimum of total assistants per activity is of 22 people if this amount is not reached the event will be canceled with enough time in advanced and subscribers will be notified.
